Get The Right Support With Scotiabank Vision Achiever

Since 2011, Scotiabank has been delivering internationally recognized coaching programmes to select groups of our Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) clients through our partnership with ActionCOACH.

In 2015, Scotiabank, rebranded the programme from Scotia ActionCOACH to Scotiabank Vision Achiever (SVA) which provides twenty five (25) SMEs the opportunity to benefit from 17 week coaching programme. Course is led by International Business Coach, Marcia Woon Choy of ActionCOACH.

The programme has been expanded to include non-Scotiabank customers as part of our mandate to contribute to the development of SMEs in Jamaica. The 17-week programme will encompass a 7 module-coaching programme designed to impart core competencies required for running a profitable business. These include sales, systemizing the business process, marketing and understanding business financials.

In addition to the coaching module, all 25 participants will benefit from access to a business consultancy grant, assistance to create business plans, marketing plans and financial statements. To sweeten the pot, we have engaged partners who will provide incentive to enhance the programme.  Our partners include eMedia Interactive Group, The Gleaner Company and Trendmedia.

Scotiabank will also be hosting Branch Vision days where select business customers will be invited to display their products, encourage persons to sign up for this years programme and share their vision.
